Terms and Conditions

This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions that govern the cleaning services provided by Wander Linis Cleaning Services (“Wander Linis”) to you (“Client”). 
 
1. Services and scope of work
  • Service offerings: 
    Wander Linis

     offers various cleaning services, including regular and deep cleaning for homes, condos, and offices, as well as specialized services like upholstery deep shampooing, post-renovation, and post-construction cleaning.

  • Pricing: Pricing is based on the service selected and the duration of the cleaning. Packages, such as the advertised ₱1,000 for 5 hours of cleaning by one cleaner, cover a specific set of standard tasks.
  • Exclusions: The quote for a standard service does not include tasks that require specialized equipment or extra time, such as professional shampooing for sofas or mattresses, which may incur an additional charge.
  • After-cleaning check: A final check is performed after cleaning to ensure quality and completeness. 
 
2. Booking and cancellation
  • Booking process: Services can be booked by messaging Wander Linis through their official communication channels, such as Facebook Messenger.
  • Cancellation policy: A cancellation policy is expected to be in place. While the specific terms are not public, most companies require advance notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • Rescheduling: Rescheduling of appointments is subject to the company’s availability and may require advance notice. 
 
3. Client and provider responsibilities
  • Wander Linis responsibilities:
    • Staffing: Provide well-trained, screened, and courteous cleaners.
    • Equipment and supplies: The company typically provides its own tools and cleaning solutions, including specialized equipment for deep cleaning.
  • Client responsibilities:
    • Access: Ensure that cleaners have unobstructed access to the property at the agreed-upon time.
    • Security: Safeguard all valuables and fragile items prior to the service. 
 
4. Liability and damages
  • Reporting damages: The client should report any damage caused by the cleaning staff to 
    Wander Linis

     within a specific time frame, typically within 24 hours of the service.

  • Liability limits: The company is typically liable only for damages directly caused by the negligence of its staff and may have a liability cap.
  • Exclusions: The company is generally not liable for pre-existing damage, damage resulting from faulty household fixtures, or losses of unsecured valuables. 
 
5. Payment terms
  • Payment method: Payment details, including accepted methods, will be provided during the booking process.
  • Late fees: The company may charge a late payment fee for services rendered on a postpaid basis, though Wander Linis typically uses upfront payments or payments upon completion for one-time services. 
 
6. Confidentiality
  • Client privacy: All client information and details about their property are treated with strict confidentiality.
  • Staff conduct: Cleaners are trained to respect the client’s privacy and space. 
 
7. Dispute resolution
  • Amicable settlement: Wander Linis encourages clients to report any issues or complaints directly to management for an amicable resolution.
  • Escalation: In cases where an amicable settlement cannot be reached, the dispute may be handled in accordance with Philippine law.
